When we designed Rocket Spelling, we wanted to make it so that you could select usernames and passwords easily. For example, if your school has a certain computer login and password combination for each student in your school, we wanted you to be able to simply use those here as well. To make that possible, we added class codes to every teacher's account. This class code allows for there to be more than one student on Rocket Spelling with the same username (as long as they are in different classes).

A class code is automatically generated when you sign up as a teacher on Rocket Spelling, but you may edit that code to something more memorable in the Settings tab of your teacher account. You can also make it so that students don't need to worry about your class code at all by having them log in to the direct class-specific link found in your Settings tab (instead of having them log in at just plain rocketspelling.com. We think this is better than finding out that some of your students' preferred usernames are already taken when you try to register.

If you ever have trouble with your class code or with getting your students logged into Rocket Spelling, drop us a line at support@rocketspelling.com!
