Acceptance of Terms

Rocket Spelling provides its service subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. Your use of Rocket Spelling indicates your acceptance of these terms; do not use Rocket Spelling if you do not accept these TOS.

Registration

When registering to use Rocket Spelling's service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if Rocket Spelling has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Rocket Spelling has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof).

Account, Password, and Security

You will create an account username and password upon completing the Rocket Spelling's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Rocket Spelling of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. You also agree not to post account usernames or passwords publicly (such as on a public website). Rocket Spelling cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

No Resale of Service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of Rocket Spelling, use of Rocket Spelling, or access to Rocket Spelling.

Service Modifications and Termination

Rocket Spelling reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or temporarily discontinue the service provided (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Rocket Spelling shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or temporary discontinuance of the service. In the event of permanent discontinuance of Rocket Spelling, liability is limited to the paid subscription price, pro-rated to the amount of time remaining on your subscription. You agree that Rocket Spelling may also terminate your account without any liability if you violate the TOS in any way.

Copyrights

You acknowledge and agree that Rocket Spelling contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the service or the software of Rocket Spelling, in whole or in part.

A Rocket Spelling subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the service. You agree that you will not copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the software. You agree not to modify the software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the service. You agree not to access the service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Rocket Spelling for use in accessing the Service.

You understand that under the terms of this agreement, it is expressly forbidden to distribute site content by any means, including but not limited to electronic and print, to any person or entity who does not have a valid account. Rocket Spelling reserves the right to terminate your account without refund if it is determined that you have violated this portion of the TOS.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Rocket Spelling provides users with a service to help learn spelling. You understand and agree that the Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and that Rocket Spelling assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store any user information. You understand and agree that your use of Rocket Spelling is at your own risk. Rocket Spelling disclaims all warranties of any kind. Rocket Spelling makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of the service will meet your expectations. Your use of Rocket Spelling is done at your own discretion and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that arises from your use of Rocket Spelling. Rocket Spelling shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or other damages arising from the use or access of the Rocket Spelling website or service.
